Add commands for moving a line up/down in BED

It would be great if we could have commands in BED, for example control+shift+up and control+shift+down to move the currently focused line up/down by one line. Often, I want to bump up a line of code just a few lines, and doing this is way easier than cutting it and re-pasting.
