secure KVM switch

I want a secure(no backdoor) KVM switch, any advice?
with recent reports of a backdoor on popular patient monitors made in China I don't trust anything made in China and I don't want to spend more than $100

I like the looks of the jetKVM, but it is still on Kickstarter I believe. Having said that, every pre-review I have seen of it has been pretty glowing.
