Unable to register on the PellesC forums

Hi,
I know this isn't BCX related, but I thought MrBcx at least has an account on the PellesC forums, so figured I'd post this here as I'm pretty much stuck.
I've tried to register for the PellesC forums twice now, once yesterday and once today, but never got my activation email either time. I've tried with two different email addresses, and tried resending the email. I've also checked my spam inbox, and there's nothing there.
Is the email sending currently broken?
