BCX v8.2.4 is available for download

We've had a few flurries like this in the past, so likely no records have been broken yet.

I mostly don't like having known bugs on common functions / statements hanging fire until the next monthly release.

Barring any new surprises, I think everything is good until February 28th.

BCX 8.2.4 has been uploaded.  ( Hopefully this will be the last update until the end of February )

This is a bug fix for 8.2.3.  See the Revision note below.
