New 64-bit BCX Editor is available
« on: August 13, 2023, 06:07:35 PM »
The download link for the new 64-bit BED can be found in the first post in the Bcx Editor thread:

https://bcxbasiccoders.com/smf/index.php?topic=420.0

The original 32-bit package has been removed.  It will not be updated.

The original thread however contains most of the information someone would need to
know about configuring and working with BED.  If you get stuck, ask questions.

I hope some of you will enjoy using the new Bcx Editor (BED)

Thanks, MrBCX.

I'm going to try and shoehorn my batch files in there. Hopefully it will be relatively simple.

-UPDATE-

I fixed a path related bug that was affecting the reporting but not the building of apps
when loaded into multiple  tabs.  The flawed reporting would lead us to think the build
failed when it had not.  Anyway ... things are better today than they were yesterday.

The BED zip has been updated on the top link of its thread.

This is where the latest and greatest BED will always be found.

Is it possible to get a copy of the 32 bit version of BED. I want to install it on an old laptop that uses Windows 7 32 bit. Thanks.

PS, I'm willing to compile this myself if you have the source available.

I've uploaded the FINAL 32-bit version here:
