true TRUE false FALSE (again?)

Kevin,
  We have discussed the true false TRUE FALSE item before and decided to let it be. There are times in windows I know it makes no difference which you use. But other times when using snippets from the internet I don't know if TRUE is ok for a true.
I know this is a c++ thingy but how about a meta similar to $IPRINT_ON/OFF
$TFCPP_ON (do not change true false  to TRUE FALSE)
$TFCPP_OFF (change true false to TRUE FALSE) default
