CDBL function

Purpose:

CDBL returns the DOUBLE precision value of a numeric expression.

Syntax:

RetVal = CDBL(Numeric Expression)

Return Value:

  • Data type: DOUBLE
    RetVal is a DOUBLE floating point number.

Parameters:

  • Numeric Expression Number or calculation.

Purpose:

CLDBL returns the LDOUBLE precision value of a numeric expression.

Syntax:

RetVal = CLDBL(Numeric Expression)

Return Value:

  • Data type: LDOUBLE
    RetVal Floating point number.

Parameters:

  • Numeric Expression Number or calculation.

Example:
